机械式旋转冲击钻井工具研制及试验

Development and Experiment of Rotary Percussion Positive Displacement Motor

摘要: PDC钻头与螺杆钻具配合使用效果较好,但由于其主要依靠剪切作用破岩,在钻进中硬以上地层时钻速较慢,使用效果不理想。为此,研制了一种旋转冲击钻井工具,形成了旋转冲击破岩方式,改善了钻头的工作状态,提高了定向钻井效率,大幅度提高了机械钻速。工具动力输出特性参数测试和冲击性能测试结果表明,工具空载压耗为 4.2 MPa,整体动力输出特性参数满足现场复合钻进工况要求。现场试验结果表明,该钻井工具在同井相同地层机械钻速提高了2倍以上。机械式旋转冲击钻井工具的成功研制,对加快油田勘探开发速度、降低钻井成本具有积极的作用。

Abstract:

Cooperative utilization of PDC drill bit and PDM ( short for Positive Displacement Motor) shows good ROP ( short for rate of penetration) increasing effect. Since it mainly relies on shearing action to break the rock, ROP improvement is not ideal when drilling in medium hard and above formations. Therefore, in this article, a rotary percussion PDM drilling tool is developed, which improves drill bit’ s work state and drilling efficiency, forming rotary percussion drilling technology. Results of tool power output performance parameter test and impact test show that tool’ s zero load pressure drop is 4. 2 MPa, and that overall power output performance parameters meet requirements of field work condition of compound drilling. Field trial results show that ROP is more than three times compared with conventional drilling in the same formation. The successful development of rotary percussion PDM imposes positive influence on oilfield exploration & development acceleration and drilling cost reduction.
